Note: Confirm proper PHM installation by visually checking whether or not the PHM sits level with the
processor socket assembly. PHMs can only be fastened down if correctly installed.
The PHM is NOT installed properly if it does not sit level with the processor socket assembly. Improperly
installed PHMs cannot be fastened down.
