Emergency Pump Drive Switch (For front and rear both pumps)
Emergency pump drive switch is provided to make it possible to perform work for a short time when there
is a failure in the pump control system. It is necessary to repair the abnormal location as soon as possible.
This switch (19),(20) makes it possible to do the work tempo-
rarily or start up the engine when there is something wrong with
the network (i.e. when the display shows “E0E“) and with the
pump control system (i.e. when the display shows “E07“).
(a) Emergency: In abnormality (Switch pushed up)
(b) Normalcy: In normalcy (Switch pushed down)
(c) Emergency: In abnormality in engine startup
(Switch in the middle)
q When “E0E“ is shown on the display and this switch is pushed up to position (a), smoothness in the work is
lost, and the work equipment may be moved slightly slower than normal.
q When starting up the engine with “E0E“ or “E07“ showing on the display and the engine does not run, move
this switch to position (c).
Then the engine may be started. After the engine startup, temporary work may become possible by pushing
up this switch to position (a).
Swing Parking Brake Release Switch
This switch is installed to make it possible to carry out operation temporarily if any abnormality should
occur in the swing brake system. It is not intended for permanent use. Repair the cause of the abnormality
immediately.
This switch (21) is used to make it possible to carry out opera-
tions temporarily if any problem should occur in the swing park-
ing brake system
(when the upper structure does not swing but the display does
not show “E03“).
(a) FREE: When abnormal (move switch up)
(b) NORMAL: When normal (move switch down)
q If the display does not show “E03“, move the switch up to
FREE position (a) to make it possible to carry out work.
q When the switch is moved to FREE position (a), the swing
lock monitor flashes.
