Verify by reviewing the LumaSMART relay setup screen:

The resulting temperature calculation is used to
drive the relay, see ‘Ref Temp:’ in screen above. It
can also be viewed through the 61850 interface at
the location: R4CSWI4 > RefTemp > instMag > f
Given the Ref Temp of 38+ degrees, the relay should
Energize. This can be verified on the LumaSMART display
and also through the 61850 interface as follows:
R4CSWI4 > Pos > stVal is ‘on’ indicating energized.
By changing the entry R4CSWI4 > RelCfg > ctlVal to 2
which specifies Normally Energized the relay should flip its
state and indicate:
7.5 Report Control
1. There are 5 types of reports available through the protocol interface.
To display a report, expand the tree LumaSMARTQ > LLN0 > Report
Control.
2. Right click on a column of one of the 5 available reports and select
Enable Report Control. This can be repeated for multiple report
types. As shown below, the icon
will indicate that the report is
enabled.
3. On the top menu, select Tools, then Data Monitor
. The right
portion of the screen will then display a window to access the
contents of the reports. Click on the
sign to show the Report
