Megger Acquisition of Baker Instruments
Megger Group Limited, a manufacturer of electronic test equipment and measuring instruments for
power applications, acquired the Baker Instruments business from SKF Group in August of 2018.
For over 50 years, the Baker Instruments business has led the electrical motor testing industry and
has a recognized leading brand and position in this area. As such, legacy products will carry the
Baker Instruments or SKF brands, which will be supported by Megger moving forward.
