• Cursor Follows Mouse – When selected, the cursor movement is synchronized to
the mouse pointer. Default is checked.
• Compare Spectra – When selected the Compare spectrum is overlaid with the data
spectrum. The Compare spectrum may be the rejected spectrum when using the
Combined Advance Coincidence or Anti-Coincidence mode or the uncorrected
spectrum when using DLFC mode. Default is checked.
Axes
This tab contains options for adjusting attributes specific to plot axes.
X-Units
Select the X-axis units and labels to be displayed as Channel, Energy, or Custom.
When Energy is selected, the current energy calibration is used for the channel to
energy translation.
When Custom is selected, the following options are available:
− Custom Label provides a label for the spectral plot X-axis.
− Custom Label Units provide a label for the spectral plot X-axis units.
− Custom Units Factor – A multiplication factor for converting from Channel
numbers to Custom units in the spectral plot. Range is 0 – 10; default is 0.1; step
size is 0.1.
Y-Scale
Select the Y-axis scale and labels to be displayed as Logarithm, Linear, or Square Root.
The default value is Logarithm.
Colors
The Colors tab contains options for changing various colors.
• Data Color – Sets the color of graphical data points.
• Model Color – Sets the color of the peak fit model in the spectral plot.
• Comparison Color – Sets the color of the DLFC acquisition.
• Singlet – Sets the color of a “Singlet” ROI type.
• Multiplet – Sets the color of a “Multiplet” ROI type.
• ROI Type 3 – Sets the color of a type 3 ROI.
• ROI Type 4 – Sets the color of a type 4 ROI.
• Tooltip Color – Sets the color of the tooltip text.
• Cursor Color – Sets the color of the plot cursor.
