PREAMP PWR
Preamp power connector, 9-pin female D-connector. Provides ±12 V (±3%), ±24 V
(±3%), and ground for standard preamplifiers; overload protected.

High Voltage Power Connectors
Only one of these three High Voltage connectors (HV+, HV–, and ±200 V) can be active
at a time.
HV+
Positive High Voltage output connector, SHV. Software selectable range of 150 – 1500 V
dc or 1500 – 5000 V dc.
HV
Negative High Voltage output connector, SHV. Software selectable negative ranges of
150 – 1500 V dc or 1500 – 5000 V dc.
200 V
±200 V dc voltage output connector, SHV.
Communication Ports
The Lynx II may be operated remotely using one or several communication methods.
ETHERNET
Female RJ45-type 10/100/1000 BASE-TX 8-pin modular jack for connection to an IP
Ethernet network or directly to a host computer. Port settings are under software control
and are configurable. Factory settings cooperate with Universal Plug n Play detection by a
host Windows computer, and the wired Internet interface is operational out-of-the-box
using the static URL 10.0.0.3.
Note: If an Ethernet switch is required, a “Gigabit” switch must be used.
