Connection Methods
For CPM1A, CPM2A, CPM2C, CQM1H, and C200HX/HG/HE-E/-ZE PLCs:
Either 1:1 NT Link or 1:N NT Link protocol can be used.
The connection method is the same for both 1:1 NT and 1:N NT Links.
Refer to Section 4 Connecting to the Host to Serial Port in the NS Series Setup Manual for information
on how to connect to PLCs.
CQM1 and C200 HS PLCs:
1:1 NT Links can be used.
The connection methods are the same for 1:1 NT Links.
Refer to Section 4 Connecting to the Host to Serial Port in the NS Series Setup Manual for information
on how to connect to PLCs.
CS1G/CS1H and CS1G/CS1H-H PLCs:
1:N NT Links, Ethernet, or Ethernet/IP can be used.
The connection method is the same as for 1:N NT Link, Ethernet, and Ethernet/IP connections.
High-speed 1:N NT Link can also be used.

CJ-series PLCs:
1:N NT Links, Ethernet, or Ethernet/IP can be used.
The connection method is the same as for 1:N NT Link, Ethernet, and Ethernet/IP connections.
High-speed 1:N NT Link can also be used.

Tags cannot be monitored if connection is made to the PLC using EtherNet/IP.
