Install a Fan Cable Assembly
3.
Screw the top bracket of the cable assembly to the chassis.
4.
Reinstall the interconnects in the same slots from which you removed them.

Interconnect Assemblies” on page 285.
5.
Reseat the SP tray.
See “Reseat or Install an SP Tray” on page 246.
6.
Reseat the CMIOUs.
See “Reseat a CMIOU” on page 101.
7.
Reinstall the fans in the same slots from which you removed them.
See “Install a Fan Module (CMIOU Chassis)” on page 182 or “Install a Fan Module (Switch
Chassis)” on page 186.
8.
Switch on the appropriate PDU circuit breakers and power on the server.
“Returning the Server to Operation” on page 73.
9.
Verify that the fault has been cleared and the replaced component is operational.
