(To be done by the facility personnel)
To Be Done Daily:
Wipe down unit covers using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down handlebars using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down stairarms using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down foot pedals using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
To Be Done Weekly:
Wipe down unit covers using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down handlebars using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down stairarms using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down foot pedals using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Vacuum carpet or “damp mop” the floor underneath the AMT.
Check unit leveling and adjust if necessary.
To Be Done Monthly:
Wipe down unit covers using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down handlebars using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down stairarms using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Wipe down foot pedals using a 30:1 diluted solution of Simple Green® and water.
Remove rear cover. Carefully vacuum interior.
Check the belt tension of the step-up and drive belts, and adjust if necessary.
Lubricate lift motor screw with synthetic grease (such as SuperLube® with Teflon.
Check unit leveling and adjust if necessary.
