Verwendung:
Dämpfer DA 2/… werden eingesetzt,
um den Aufprall ankommender Werk-
stückträger beim Übersetzen von einer
Querstrecke in eine Längsstrecke und
umgekehrt zu dämpfen.
Anbauort:
– Förderstrecke ST 2/…,
Bandstrecke BS 2/… (A).
– Hub-Quereinheit HQ 2/… (B).
Nicht für HQ 2/U2 und HQ 2/H.
Ausführung:
– DA 2/10 für Werkstückträger-
Gesamtgewichte von 10-20 kg.
DA 2/30 für Werkstückträger-
Gesamtgewichte von 30-60 kg.
– Pneumatischer Dämpfer mit stufenlos
einstellbarer Dämpfung.
– Rückstellung pneumatisch parallel
zum Öffnen des Vereinzelers, welcher
den Werkstückträger in Richtung des
Dämpfers freigibt.

Application:
DA 2/… dampers are used to cushion
the impact of work piece pallets when
they are moved from a transverse
conveyor section into a longitudinal
conveyor section and vice versa.
Mounting position:
– ST 2/… conveyor section,
BS 2/… belt section (A).
– HQ 2/… lift transverse unit (B).
Not for HQ 2/U2 and HQ 2/H.
Design:
– DA 2/10 für workpiece pallet weights
from 10 to 20 kg.
DA 2/30 für workpiece pallet weights
from 30 to 60 kg.
– Pneumatic damper with infinitely
adjustable damping.
– The dampers are reset at the same
time as the stop gate, which releases
the workpiece pallet towards the
dampers, is opened.

Utilisation :
Les amortisseurs DA 2/… sont utilisés
pour amortir l‘impact des palettes porte-
pièces qui arrivent lorsqu‘elles passent
d‘une section transversale vers une
section longitudinale et vice-versa.
Emplacement de montage :
– Section de transport ST 2/…,
section à bande BS 2/… (A)
– Unité de levée transversale HQ 2/… (B).
Sauf pour HQ 2/U2 et HQ 2/H.
Construction :
– DA 2/10 pour des poids de la palette
porte-pièces de 10 à 20 kg.
DA 2/30 pour des poids de la palette
porte-pièces de 30 à 60 kg.
– Amortisseur pneumatique avec
amortissement réglable en continu
– La remise à l‘état initial est effectuée
pneumatiquement, parallèlement à
l‘ouverture du séparateur qui libère la
palette porte-pièces en direction de
l‘amortisseur.
