Anforderungen an Prozesskräfte
(100 kN/60 kN), wie sie z. B. bei
Arbeitsoperationen wie Einpressen oder
Nieten auftreten.
Ausführung:
– Verwendbar mit Werkstückträgern
WT 2.
– Montage in Kraftzelle, formschlüssige
Krafteinleitung.
– Hub über Fördermedium ca. 3 mm.
– Positioniergenauigkeit ±0,05 mm.
– Zulässige vertikale Prozesskraft
60 kN (Baugröße 1 = BG 1) bzw.
100 kN (Baugröße 2 = BG 2).

Application:
Positions a workpiece pallet in
a processing station with the
highest process force requirements
(100 kN/60 kN), such as those needed
for press‑fit or riveting work.
Design:
– Usable with WT 2 workpiece pallets.

introduction.
– Lift over conveyor medium approx.
3 mm.
– Positioning accuracy ±0.05 mm.
– Permitted vertical process forces
