Verwendung:
Zur Dämpfung des Anpralls
ankommender Werkstückträger
– Beim Einschleusen in eine
Längsstrecke (DA 2/100-C)
– Vor dem Ausschleusen über eine Hub-
Quereinheit HQ 2/H (DA 2/100) oder
HQ 2/U2 (DA 2/100-B) .
Ausführung:
– Für Werkstückträger-Gesamtgewichte
von 5 bis zu 100 kg einstellbar.
– DA 2/100 für Anbau an eine Hub-
Quereinheit HQ 2/H
– DA 2/100-B für Anbau an eine Hub-
Quereinheit HQ 2/U2
– DA 2/100-C für Anbau an das
Streckenprofil einer Längstransport-
strecke.
– Pneumatischer Dämpfer mit stufenlos
einstellbarer Dämpfung.
– Rückstellung pneumatisch parallel
zum Öffnen des Vereinzelers, welcher
den Werkstückträger in Richtung des
Dämpfers freigibt.

Utilisation :
Pour l’amortissement de l’impact des
palettes porte-pièces en arrivée
– lors de l’injection dans une section
longitudinale (DA 2/100-C)
– avant l’éjection par une unité de levée
transversale HQ 2/H (DA 2/100) ou
HQ 2/U2 (DA 2/100-B).
Construction :
– Réglable pour des poids totaux de la
palette porte-pièces de 5 à 100 kg.
– DA 2/100 pour montage a une unité
de levée transversale HQ 2/H
– DA 2/100-B pour montage a une unité
de levée transversale HQ 2/U2
– DA 2/100-C pour montage a profile de
sectionde transport transversale
– Amortisseur pneumatique avec
amortissement réglable en continu
– La remise à l‘état initial est effectuée
pneumatiquement, parallèlement à
l‘ouverture du séparateur qui libère la
palette porte-pièces en direction de
l‘amortisseur.
