Description
The MCP 310 USB machiine control panel allows machine functions to be operated in a very
user-friendly way. They can be used with a SINUMERIK 828D control for machine-level
operation of machine tools. The machine-specific keys have replaceable slide-in labels so that
they can be adapted.
The machine control panel is mounted from the rear with special tension jacks supplied with
the panel.
Operator controls / display elements:
● Operating mode and function keys:
– 39 keys with assigned LED
– Predefined keys for common functions, e.g. reset key, program control.
– Key group for operating as milling machine or lathe. The slide-in labels for the keys are
included in the accessories pack.
– Keys for individual use.
– Key type: Membrane keys with protective film
● Spindle control with override spindle (rotary switch with 15 positions)
● Feed control with override feed / rapid traverse (rotary switch with 18 positions)
● 2-digit 7-segment display for the tool number
Interfaces:
A USB 2.0 interface for communication with the PPU with a transmission rate of 12 Mbit/s.
Expansion slots:
● 1 slot for Emergency Stop button (d = 22 mm)
● 4 slots for control devices (d = 16 mm, e.g. switch)
