x In syngo select the "local service" menu and enter the password.
x Activate the "Utilities" button.
x Under Source activate "Escape to OS".
x In the Parameters line enter "copy C:\traces\*.trc A:" and then activate the "Go" button.
The trace files are copied to floppy disk.
x Wait until the confirmation is displayed in the window.
