Belt of the actual value potentiometer for orbital movement 6.29
NOTE
Only applies to SIREMOBIL Iso-C 3D.
x Move the C-arm orbitally into the -95° end position.
x The orbital limit switch on the tube unit side is actuated.
x Loosen the two fastening screws of the actual value potentiometer on the front of the
coupling unit, but do not unscrew them ((1/Fig. 49 / p. 132)).
x Take the toothed belt off the pulleys.
x Place the new toothed belt on the pulleys.
x Tension the belt: The toothed belt should be tight, but without any mechanical tension.
x Retighten the two fastening screws.
Setting the actual value potentiometer for C-arm orbital movement 0
NOTE
Prior to setting the actual value potentiometer the C-arm
must be in the orbital -95° position (the orbital limit switch on
the tube side is actuated). If this is not the case, loosen the
Allen screw of the large pulley before moving the C-arm
((2/Fig. 49 / p. 132)) to prevent overturning of the actual value
potentiometer.
x The C-arm is in the -95° position. See note.
x Loosen the Allen screw of the large pulley ((2/Fig. 49 / p. 132)).
x Using a screwdriver, turn the actual value potentiometer counterclockwise to the end
stop ((Fig. 50 / p. 132)).
x Then turn it two turns in a clockwise direction.
