x Reinstall the dose measurement chamber and laser targeting device and connect
them.

X-ray radiation!
¹ See (Safety information / p. 11).
¹ Use radiation protection! Wear a lead apron.
X x Perform the kV offset adjustment.
x Perform the generator adjustment (filament circuit learning program).
x Ensure that the collimator is functioning properly and is set correctly.
x Ensure that the collimator blades are centered in the blanking circle.
- If possible, slightly loosen the SIREPHOS screws and tilt the SIREPHOS to adjust it.
- Retighten the SIREPHOS screws.
x Ensure that the collimator blades of the iris diaphragm are visible during fluoroscopy in
the survey format and zoom format on at least 2 sides of the monitor image.
x Check the display of the blades on the monitor screen and adjust it as necessary.
x Check collimation for direct exposure if there is a cassette holder.
x Reinstall the rubber stop.
x Ensure that the area dose product measurement device is functioning properly (if
present).
X
x Check the dose rate settings and adjust them if necessary.
x Check the settings of the maximum air kerma rate.
x Check the setting of the laser targeting device and, if necessary, adjust it according to
the Adjustment Instructions for the Laser Targeting Device.
x If the "MODULARIS" system is present, perform the isocenter check.
