TRAVEL MOTOR
Reduction gears
1. Install the needle bearings (16) and the planet
gears (7).
• Clean the inner surface of the gears and lightly
apply oil on them.
• Do not tap on the bearing or gear.
2. Install the thrust plate (10) and fit the screws.
Screw: 20 N·m
3. Install the sun gear (5).
4. Install the inner races (14) on the carrier (3).
• Apply oil on the inside and outside of the in-
ner races.
