3.3.6. AT+CPWD - Change Facility Password
This command changes the password for the facility lock function defined by command
Facility Lock +CLCK command.

AT+CPWD=<fac>,<oldpwd>,<newpwd>
Execution command changes the password for the facility lock function
defined by command Facility Lock +CLCK command.
