3.2.2.22. AT#CGSN - Product Serial Number Identification
The execution command returns the product serial number, in form of IMEI of the
mobile, with #CGSN: command echo.

Additional info:
The IMEI is composed of the following elements (each element
shall consist of decimal digits only):
1. Type Allocation Code (TAC). Its length is 8 digits
2. Serial Number (SNR) is an individual serial number
uniquely identifying each equipment within each TAC. Its
length is 6 digits
3. Luhn Check Digit. Its length is 1 digit

The test command returns the OK result code.
