68. E-mail User Name
69. E-mail Password
70. E-mail Sender Address
71. E-mail SMTP server

Test command returns the OK result code.
If a parameter value has not been previously specified using the e-
mail parameters setting commands, like #EADDR, then a default
value will be taken.
