Set command sets the socket configuration extended parameters for features not
included in #SCFGEXT command.

The "old" data sending timeout
method is set - by default - by
#SCFG command, which sets
also the <txTo> data sending
timeout value. With
#SCFGETXT2 command, you
can set either the "old" or the
"new" data sending timeout
method. If the "new" method is
selected, the "old" one is
automatically disabled.
