currently enabled or not, along with the local and remote SIM status, in
the format:
#SIMPR: <mode>,<SIM>,<status><CR><LF>
#SIMPR: <mode>,<SIM>,<status>
If SAP functionality is not supported or enabled the remote SIM
status will always be 0

Test command reports the range for the parameter <mode>
