HOW TO USE THIS MANUAL
Read the instructions on pages 7 to 11 before using the machine.
Regarding connection to various devices, see "CONNECTING EXTERNAL I/O TERMI-
NALS" on page 29.
If you would like an overview of the system, begin by reading "BASIC OPERATIONS"(page
33).
For setting various functions, see "SETTING FUNCTIONS ON THE SETUP SCREEN" on
page 59.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
USER MAINTENANCE
To maintain the safety and performance of the equipment, never attempt to do maintenance
except for the items specified below. For details, follow the instructions.
FUSE CHANGE

CLEANING THE MEASURING WINDOW GLASS
For details, See “CLEANING THE INSTRUMENT” on page 103.
CLEANING THE NOZZLE AND WINDOW GLASS INSIDE THE NOZZLE
Regarding the measuring nozzle and the glass surface inside the measuring nozzle, cleaning
is allowed. For details, see "CLEANING THE NOZZLE AND THE GLASS INSIDE THE MEA-
SURING NOZZLE"on page 104.
