BEFORE REQUESTING SERVICE
AIR CHECK
If a problem is suspected, do the air check.
If the result is "abnormal action(+)" or "abnormal action(-)," call your dealer or TOPCON at the
address printed on the back cover of this manual. For details about the air check, see "AIR
CHECK" on page 35.
TROUBLE-SHOOTING OPERATIONS
If a problem is suspected, use the following check list.
If following the instructions does not improve the condition, or if your problem is not included in
the list, contact your dealer or TOPCON at the address on the back cover.
WARNINGS
To avoid electrical shock, do not open the instrument. All ser-
vice should be performed by a qualified service engineer.

Do not move it forcibly. Instead,

Printing is not done. Paper comes out without
printing.
Confirm the direction of the paper
roll. If the direction is incorrect,
reset the paper to the proper
direction.

Paper does not come out. If “PAPER END” displayed on the
control panel, replenish the printer
