OPUS devices update manual
For OS EGSCORE there are two files:
user_egscore_x.y.tar.gz – zipped package with Codesys executable and additional files
user2_egscore_x.y_Service.tar.gz – zipped package with service project
Additionally there is an md5 checksum file for these files which are used to check the integrity
of the files in the installation.
In Windows, the user.tar files are often shown as zip files.
Never unzip these files or the update won't work!

ISO-VT
The ISO-VT program consists only of one file:
user.tar.gz – zipped package with PClient and VT (virtual terminal) executable, additional
files and ISO-VT settings project (user_opusax_2.x.tar.gz for OS 2.x,
user_egspro_x.x.tar.gz for EGSPRO OS)
Additionally there is an md5 checksum file for this file which is used to check the integrity of
the files in the installation.

ISO-V2
The ISO-V2 program consists of these files:
egspro/egscore-x-rootfs.img – package with the OS and ISO application
egspro/egscore-x-install.sh – install script for the update
uImage – updater image that installs the update
pkginfo.sign – checksum file
pkginfo.json – checksum file
hostnames – reference file for device MAC addresses
egspro-x-extras.img – additional install packages
Console.ini – settings file
There are currently three types of this release (substituting the x in the file name):
A6_TELE: only for OPUS A6 Generation 2 Dual Core devices (e.g. OPUSA6EN2UTXD000)
A8_TELE: only for OPUS A8 Quad Core devices (e.g. OPUSA8EN2UTXF000)
B3_TELE: only for OPUS B3 devices (e.g. OPUSB3EN1ISOF000)
Please note that no other OS files from other releases are
needed in addition to the files listed here! These files contain
everything
