Manual update of the service ramdisk
If the update still wont start, you also have to update the service ramdisk.
For this, have the file zImage.service ready on your computer and follow the same steps as
for the boot loader file up to step 3, where you send the file zimage.service.
The loading of this file takes about 15 to 25 minutes; please be patient and wait until
it is finished!
After youve returned to the boot prompt, install the service ramdisk by entering the command
fis create service.
The line
"An image named service exists continue (y/n)?"
is displayed, confirm by entering y”. After that power off the device and install the correct OS
again using the method described in chapter 3.
