DI D/ DI SA Destination ( PGM 167)
A station can be programmed to forward a DID call to the Attendant if the station is busy. Vacant
or invalid calls are sent to the Main Attendant, or a busy tone is presented depending on admin
programming.
Operation
• Error Destination (When a wrong number is pressed)
• TONE : A tone will be heard.
• ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
• Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
• Busy Destination (When a station is busy)
• TONE : A tone will be heard.
• ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
• Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
• No Answer Destination (When there is no answer), input a station group to be forwarded.
• TONE : A tone will be heard.
• ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
• Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
• Reroute Busy/Error/NO Answer, input a station group to be forwarded.
• TONE : A tone will be heard.
• ATD : Call will be forwarded to the attendant.
• Station Group : Call will be forwarded to a station group.
