DISPLAY-MESSAGE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
NOT RESPONDING It indicates an internal
communication problem
between the controller and
the motor driver.
It maybe caused by a loose
connection, fault or strong
electromagnetic interference
Check all wiring connections. If
necessary request qualified
assistance (Hotline support, refer
to page 13).
MEMORY ERROR It was not possible to read
or write the internal
memory, probably due to a
fault in the controller board
Turning off the controller for 10
Seconds may help. If necessary
request qualified assistance
(Hotline support, refer to page
13).
CHECK PARAMETERS The initial test performed at
switch-on has detected a
memory checksum error
Working parameters may be
corrupted. If the error persists
even after having tried to store
parameters again, it indicates a
fault in the memory chip of the
controller.
