Installation
If the applicator is installed on a machine stand, it must be able to support at least 30 Kg and
have a base that is large enough to prevent the machine from tipping over.
When positioning the machine consider the following placement criteria:
o The machine should be positioned the appropriate distance from the product for proper
labeling based on the machine type (wipe on, tamp on, tamp blow, or, Air Blow).
o The retracted tamp, if tamp is used, should not touch any part of the product as it passes
through the machine.
o The position of the machine should allow the operator to easily change labels and
ribbon, and reach the controller keypad.
o Make sure that all the adjustment locks have been tightened after the machine has been
correctly assembled and positioned.
NOTE : The ALPHA V40 is not intended to be operated in an environment where
flammable or explosive gases are present.
NOTE : The ALPHA V40 is not to be used in direct contact with food products.
NOTE : The ALPHA V40 is not to be used outdoors.
NOTE : The ALPHA V40 is not to be used in a wet environment.
NOTE : The ALPHA V40 is not to be used in an environment in which particulate matter
is present.
Important indication for the installation / putting into operation
The complex job for a correct putting into operation and installation of Label Applicator must be
