- Fault description gave full particulars
- All information on the name plate
- When did the error occur?
- after loading labels.
- after changing set ups.
- Any information about the PLC-status and display messages.
Please ensure, before calling the Hotline Service, whether the chapter ‘’troubleshooting’’ gives
any indication for solving that problem.
