Address 251 (Page 0), blow time
The blow valve is activated possibly following a trigger signal from the secondary product
sensor (selected by bit 2 of parameter at address 02) after the previous time is elapsed for a
duration specified by this parameter.
NOTE: To allow blowing either through a direct-action valve or through an indirect system
composed by an air tank and a pneumatically controlled fast-discharge valve, it is possible
to select the polarity of this signal by entering an even or odd value in this parameter
(even=direct, odd=indirect).
0 251 = Value
for currently blow time
00
= no blow action performed
01 – 255
= value x 10ms
Address 252 (Page 0), burst mode
This parameter gives the possibility to dispense a number of labels for multiple applications with
a single activation of the trigger signal. The number of labels is controlled by its value, while the
delay between labels is determined by the existing parameters TRIGGER DELAY + TRIGGER
BLANKING + SYNC PULSE (minimum 8 ms if all are set to 00).
0 252 = Value
for currently multiple applications
00 – 01
= one application with single trigger
02 – 255
= number of labels for multiple applications with single trigger
Address 253 (Page 0), apply delay
Immediately after dispensing a label and after label presence check (if enabled by Address 02
with the value 16), the delay may be introduced to stabilize the label on the tamp, before
cylinder or blow activation starts. Within this time flagging the MISSING LABEL error is
suppressed.
