Wipe-On Setup
There are two adjustments which can be made to the roller:
A the distance between the edge of peeling blade to the roller
B the alignment of the roller to the surface of products
Note! The distance A should be increased in general for longer labels.

1. Turn OFF the main applicator power switch located on controller rear panel.
2. With the conveyor OFF, place a product below peeling blade.
3. Loosen the screw of the roller arm and align the roller to the surface of the product into
consideration to the distance A (refer to upper Note).
4. Some experimentation will be necessary to find the best position. Make sure that a product
will not brake too strongly and is never touched by the peeling blade.
5. After an acceptable adjustment tighten the screw
