7. Maintenance
This section gives instruction for performing maintenance on the label
applicator ALPHA V40.
The ALPHA V40 is a reliable, modern system to operate without any maintenance required
because of the self lubricating bearings used.
You should only care for immediate removal of any dirt deposits resulting from daily operation -
such as e.g. residues of adhesive or labels.
Please do not fail to contact us immediately in the case of any troubles. We will solve your
problems as soon as possible.
NOTE: The following description relates to all applicator versions and contains also
optionally Items (Protection Cabinets, Low Label Option,…)
Recommended Cleaning Products:
Clean and soft cloth (21800978)
dry, clean compressed air
air-spray (Part-No. 21800768)
Platen roller solvent (Part-No. 21800977)
Solvent / Label remover (Part-No. 21800771)
Soft brush
Soft bristle brush
vacuum cleaner
Note: Do not use any lubricant.
