Additional information for a advanced assistance
When the primary or the secondary product sensor input changes from the inactive to the active
state while the other is inactive (current begins to flow into the optocoupler due to an applied
voltage), the following actions are performed in sequence:
1) waits for the time specified by the TRIGGER DELAY parameter;
2) check if the label-sensor gives a valid reading;
3) identifies conveyor speed (68 ms, only if LINE SPEED = 0.4);
4) activates the SYNC relay (only if SYNC PULSE = 00);
5) ejects a label at predefined or calculated speed;
6) activates the SYNC relay (only if SYNC PULSE = 255)
7) performs application cycle (only if enabled);
8) activates the SYNC relay;
9) waits for the time specified by the SYNC PULSE parameter;
10) deactivates the SYNC relay;
11) waits for the time specified by the TRIGGER BLANK parameter;
12) increments the label counter;
If errors are detected in phases 1 (NO PAPER), 3 (ENCODER ERROR) or 5 (PAPER FEED
ERROR) the sequence is interrupted and the following actions are not performed.
If "burst mode" has been enabled by setting parameter 252 to a value greater than 01, the
sequence is automatically repeated for the specified number of times.
While waiting for a trigger signal, the keyboard is also monitored to detect possible key presses.
If ENTER is pressed alone, it is considered as a manual trigger, activating the previously
described sequence, with the exception that phases 2), 9) and 10) are skipped.
