Error Messages Appearing on Display
When an operating problem or an error is detected, the machine stops, the READY and SYNC
relays are deactivated and the second line shows an explanatory message:
The error condition is reset by pressing any key, to return in normal operating mode and
activates the READY relay again.
DISPLAY-MESSAGE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
NO PAPER No material detected by the
label sensor
Possible due to a mistake in
paper loading (paper not passing
through the sensor) or in sensor
positioning (out of paper edge),
or to a sensor fault. Label
ejection is not performed in this
condition

PAPER FEED ERROR It may be displayed after
label ejection and may
indicate a missing label or,
in general, the impossibility
to detect the edge of the
next label within the
nominal paper feed length
Due to a paper feed irregularity. It
can also be caused by incorrect
label sensor parameters setting
or photo sensor fault. If the
automatic skip for missing labels
is enabled, it indicates that more
than 1 label is missing in the
queue.

the encoder is enabled,…

speed is out of the
allowable range
(0.5-22 m/min)
Slow down conveyer if necessary
ENCODER ERROR
- and a trigger signal is
detected from product
sensor, without receiving
any signal at the encoder
input
a) Trigger was performed while
conveyers stop.
b) check the encoder wiring and
mechanical connection to
conveyer
