2. General Information
This section describes general functional and logistical information regarding
the machine and its usage. This includes air and power source
specifications, illustrations that identify the primary working components on
the machine, and illustrations that identify the various machine layouts and views.
Compressed Air and Power
The Label Applicator requires electrical power and compressed air (for Blow-Box or Tamp
applicators). The compressed air must be clean and dry. Typical air pressure is 85 PSIG (6.0
bar). The air pressure must always be greater than the highest pressure setting on the
machine. 3 SCFM is the typical air volume requirement. The rate of production and the label
size can effect the air supply requirements. If you have problems in this area, check with Weber
Customer Support.
