DPF Muffler
1. Disconnect the connectors (2).
2. Remove the muffler mounting nuts (5).
3. Remove the mounting bolts (3) and (4).
4. Remove the DPF muffler (1) by using hoist.
(When Reassembling)
IMPORTANT
• Be sure the convex surface of the gasket (6) between DPF
muffler (1) and turbocharger faces to upper side.
• When reassembling DPF muffler (1) to muffler bracket, be
sure the following procedure.
1. Temporarily (Do not tighten firmly) assemble the DPF
muffler with all nuts (5), bolts (3), (4), (7) and (8) to the
muffler mount bracket.
2. Tighten the muffler mounting bolt 1 (3) firmly.
3. Tighten the muffler mounting bolt 3 (7) firmly.
4. Tighten the muffler mounting bolt 4 (8) firmly.
5. Tighten the muffler mounting nut (5) firmly
6. Tighten the mounting bolt 2 (4).
NOTE
• Record the serial number of tractor/engine.
• Record the serial number and parts number of DPF muffler.

5.00 to 5.70 kgf·m
36.2 to 41.2 lbf·ft
