(6) Separating Engine From Clutch Housing (CABIN Model)
Compressor, Condenser and Receiver
1. Loosen the tension pulley mounting nut (5) and turn the
adjustment screw (3) to counterclockwise, then remove the air
conditioner belt (4).
2. Disconnect the 1P connector (1).
3. Disconnect the air inlet hose (2).
4. Remove the compressor mounting bolt 1 (6) and loosen the
compressor mounting bolt 2 (10).
NOTE
• Notice the compressor mounting bolt 2 (10) cannot remove
completely.
5. Turn the compressor (7) toward counterclockwise viewing from
forward side.
6. Remove the mounting bolts (8) of the compressor stay.
7. Turn the steering wheel to left.
8. Remove the flying nut (9) and slide out the condenser with
receiver.
9. Remove the compressor and condenser with receiver.
(When reassembling)
• Be careful not to damage the condenser fin.
• After reassembling the compressor, be sure to adjust the
air-conditioner belt tension (See page 1-S14).
