[2] RELIEF AND SAFETY VALVE
Relief Valve Setting Pressure Test Using Pressure Tester
(Coupler)
1. Install the relief valve set pressure adaptor G (Code No.
07916-52751) to the male half of the quick coupler and then
install a pressure gauge (Code No. 07916-50322).
2. Start the engine, set at maximum speed.
3. Set the auxiliary control valve operation lever to the UP position
and read the pressure gauge when the relief valve is actuated.
4. If the pressure is not within the factory specification, adjust the
relief valve adjuster (3).
Condition
• Engine speed : Approx. 2400 min

• Oil temperature : 45 to 55 °C (113 to 131 °F)
