Adjusting Parking Brake Gear Lever
NOTE
• Before adjusting the parking brake gear lever (5), check the
transmission section. Make sure check to adjust the main
range shift lever and sub range shift lever.
1. Set the main shift lever at neutral position (N).
2. Tighten the bolts while aligning the plate and lever (4).
3. Adjust the parking brake rod (3) at factory specification.
4. Check the shifting force and parking lock function.
IMPORTANT
• When the main shift range lever shifts to parking position
(P), Check the below points
1. The main shift lever lock the parking position (P).
2. The parking brake gear lever becomes heavy shift before
the main range shift lever set at the parking position (P).
3. The parking brake gear works correctly.
