NOTE:
• Butterfly valve #1 should be fully closed.
Butterfly valves #2 and #3 open if the
screw is turned more than 7 times.
• If butterfly valves #1, #2, and #3 are not
fully closed, close the valves by adjusting
synchronizing screw #1

• Butterfly valve #4 should be fully closed.
Butterfly valves #1, #2, and #3 open if the

• If all butterfly valves are not fully closed,
close the valves by adjusting synchroniz-
ing screw #3

e. Check that all butterfly valves are fully
closed and that they open simulta-
neously.
NOTE:
If all butterfly valves are not fully closed,
close the valves by repeating steps a–d.
f. Turn the throttle stop screw

clockwise
approximately 1.5 times until it starts to
contact the throttle lever.
g. Remove the plugs

h. Install the carburetor synchronizer
