5.14 Setting the Temperature Measurement

Procedure
Selecting the Channel
1. Press CH.
2. Press one of the soft keys from CH1 to CH16 in which the 701261
(UNIVERSAL), 701262 (UNIVERSAL(AAF)), or 701265(TEMP/HPV)) is
installed.
For the displayed menus when this operation is executed, see section 5.1.
Selecting the Input Coupling of the Thermocouple
3. Press the Coupling soft key to select TC.
Selecting the Thermocouple Type
4. Press the Type soft key to select the thermocouple from K to Au7Fe.
Setting the Display Range
5. Press the Upper soft key.
6. Turn the jog shuttle to set the upper limit.
7. Likewise, set Lower.
Selecting the Temperature Unit
8. Press the Next 1/2 soft key.
9. Press the Unit soft key to select °C or K.
Setting the RJC
10. Press the RJC soft key to select OFF or ON.
Setting the Burnout
11. Press the Burn Out soft key to select OFF or ON.
AC is not available on the 701265.
