8.11 Turning the Extra Window ON/OFF
<For a description of this function, refer to page 2-36.>
Procedure
1. Press DISPLAY.
2. Press the Extra Window soft key. The extra window selection menu appears.
3. Press the ON or OFF soft key.
4. If you select ON, use the jog shuttle to set the height of the extra window in the
range of 0 to 8.
If the display mode is X-Y or T-Y&X-Y, press the Next 1/2 soft key to display the Extra
Window menu.
Explanation
An extra window is provided to display information other than waveforms when
waveforms obscure the information in the display area. The following two types of
information can be displayed in the extra window.
• Cursor measurement values
• Automated measured value of waveform parameters
