Place the piston guide on top of the seal. 8 Reassemble the metering head assembly. Carefully
insert the plunger into the base. The closed side of the
metering head must be on the same side as the lower
one of the two capillary drillings.
9 Install the fixing bolts. Tighten the bolts securely. 10 Install the metering head assembly in the autosampler.
Ensure the large hole in the metering head is facing
downwards.
