Using a 4-mm hex key, tighten the window screw hand tight plus a quarter turn.

Reconnect the capillaries, see “Remove and Install a Flow Cell” on page 307.

Perform a leak test.

Insert the flow cell.

Replace the front cover

Perform a “Wavelength Verification and Recalibration” on page 188 or a “Holmium Oxide Test” on page 180 to check
the correct positioning of the flow cell.
