Step 3. Setting the Trigger
To use the measurement gates the power meter must be triggered.
A trigger can be taken from a rising or falling measured power level or
controlled externally using the Ext Trig input.
• Press . The Trigger menu is displayed.
The trigger status is displayed below the label in the Trigger
menu. Press the softkey and select to configure
continuous triggering.
When you have completed the procedure you may return to the Trigger
menu later to add more accuracy to the remaining trigger parameters,
to help you achieve a stable and reliable trigger.
Step 4. Setting the Display to Trace
Using trace display provides a visual representation of the signal of
interest.
• Press , , to display the Trace window.
