Performance Test and Maintenance
WARNING
Check that no light is being emitted when cleaning and
checking the ferrule end surface.
CAUTION
The MS9740B may not satisfy performance when used with
dirt or dust adhering to the ferrule end surface. In addition,
the connected fiber and/or the MS9740B ferrule end
surface may be burned if high output light is emitted in this
state. Fully clean the fiber to be connected and the
MS9740B ferrule end surface before measurement.
