– Remove bolt -arrow A- and remove left front footwell vent -1-.
– Unclip wiring guide behind footwell vent -1- and lay aside.
– Remove impact bolster -2- secured with one or two bolts
-B arrows- depending on the version.
– Remove clutch pedal -1- from mounting bracket -3-, to do so
remove nut -2- and pull out bolt -5-.
– Swivel clutch pedal slightly downward and remove over-center
spring -4- from mounting bracket.
– Disengage the mounting clip of the master cylinder actuator
rod using the -T10005- .
– Remove clutch pedal.
Installing
• Tightening specification, refer to
⇒ “2.2 Pedal Assembly, Master Cylinder Assembly Overview
”, page 17 .
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

♦ Replace self-locking nut.
♦ Lubricate the various bearing and contact surfaces with
grease -G 000 450 02- .
