GREASE LOCATIONS
1. Grease the wheel pivot bearings daily. There are two
zerks for each set of wheels. One is on the top of the
tube, and one is on the bottom, depending if you are
servicing the machine in field or transport position.
- Every 50 hours of operation, use a pressure
lubrication gun and apply enough Case 251H-EP
or equivalent NGLI No. 2 Multi-Purpose Lithium
grease to flush out the old grease and dirt. The old
grease will be flushed out at the seal. The seal
design permits this and will not be damaged.
Check the hub cap for tightness after flushing.
2. Grease the caster wheel pivots daily.
3. Grease the endmarker daily.

- Lubricate the marker arm in the locations shown
(1) and (2).
