Parameter indicating the presence of any of the

<TP-PID>
Optional:
Protocol-Identifier. Values between 0-255.

Data Coding Scheme. Values between 0-255.

Note:
Any unused bits will be set to zero by the sending entity and will be ignored by the receiving entity.
The maximum guaranteed length of TP-UD is 131 octets. In order to achieve the maximum octet of
143, the TP-RA field must have a length of two octets and TP-PID and TP-DCS must not be present.
TP-PI is Mandatory if any of the optional parameters following TP-PI is present, otherwise optional.
